What we collect. Contact details, the tax and financial records you provide to us, and the billing details needed to invoice you.

How we use it. Only to provide our services, communicate with you, bill you, and meet our legal and professional obligations.

Payment data. Card and bank payments are processed by our payment processor, Stripe. We do not store full card or bank account numbers.

Sharing. We do not sell your information. We share it only with taxing authorities when filing on your behalf, with service providers who help us operate (such as our secure client portal and payment processor), or as required by law.

Security. Documents are exchanged through an encrypted client portal, and we maintain a written information security plan as required of tax preparers.

Retention. We keep client records for the period required by professional and legal rules, then dispose of them securely.
