Services. Ashmore & Gray CPAs provides individual income tax return preparation, business tax return preparation and tax planning. The scope of each engagement, our fees and your responsibilities are set out in your engagement letter, which controls if it differs from this page.

Fees and payment. Fees are quoted in US dollars and agreed in writing before work begins. Invoices are payable by credit or debit card or ACH bank transfer, as stated on the invoice.

Your information. You are responsible for providing complete and accurate information. Our work relies on what you provide.

Refunds. Cancellations and refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
