Refund & cancellation policy

Ashmore & Gray CPAs provides professional tax preparation and tax planning services. Fees are set in a signed engagement letter before work begins. All fees are in US dollars.

Cancellation. You may cancel an engagement at any time by emailing info@ashmoregray.cpa. If you cancel before work begins, any amount paid is refunded in full.

Work in progress. If you cancel after work begins, you owe only for work completed through the cancellation date, at the rates in your engagement letter. Any prepaid balance above that amount is refunded.

Completed work. Fees for returns or planning work that have been completed and delivered are not refundable. If you believe there is an error in our work, contact us and we will review and correct it at no charge.

How refunds are paid. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Questions and disputes. Please contact us at info@ashmoregray.cpa or 661-832-2177 before disputing a charge with your bank. We respond to billing questions within 2 business days.
